Yael Schwartz, founder of the Interfaith Center

The Interfaith Center is the most recent addition to Landmark College’s Centers for Diversity and Inclusion. According to founder Yael Schwartz, it was in the works in the fall of 2022 but only really started to thrive in Spring 2023.

Schwartz says the Interfaith Center is for anyone interested in learning about religion more broadly. Specific programming makes sure that people can practice religious rituals. There are some educational activities as well.

Members of the Interfaith Center meet 1-3 p.m. on Sundays from 1 to 3 p.m. and 8-10 p.m. on Mondays. Attending these open hours are a wonderful way to get involved, says Schwartz.

Thanks for founding this center Yael. And thanks to Benji for sharing the details. Its so important for us to learn about and embrace the faith and beliefs of others while we practice our own.
