Jonathan (He/Him/His) (more colloquially known by his nickname, JJ) is a second year Landmark transfer student and he’ll tell anyone that he’s “a sophomore at Landmark, junior altogether” when it comes to college. He is currently majoring in communications with a minor in psychology. In his free time, he enjoys playing on his Fender Stratocaster, producing on Ableton Live, listening to music through his earbuds, and creative writing! He does not have any prior journalism experience, though he is excited to learn. Fun fact: when he was younger and saw The Karate Kid starring Ralph Maccio he wanted to do karate, and he did, from 2nd grade to 9th grade. Fun fact 2: He was born in London, England, but has lived in New York City, Manhattan for 19 of his 20 years of life, and he has two siblings who he admires.
