Coat and Blanket Drive Ends 11/17
As it gets colder in Vermont, it’s important to stay warm outside. This can be a dangerous problem for people who do not have extra layers to protect themselves from freezing temperatures.
Our Phi Theta Kappa and Golden Key chapters are supporting the Groundworks Collaborative in Brattleboro by collecting new or gently used coats and blankets with no rips or stains from now until November 17th.
We’re asking students to consider donating any extra coats or blankets in good condition to help people in need. Giving just one coat or blanket makes a big difference and saves lives.
They can be dropped off in boxes located in the library, bookstore, or business office. You can also buy new ones from online stores and have them shipped to campus.
Thank you from PTK and Golden Key for supporting the Brattleboro community.
